Nice to see you again philip! Expect it will reboost the ribbon!

The test looks promising, let's see how it goes!

What would be a fantastic idea is to limit how many orders have been taken at a single cycle, appears the drawdown is comming from many orders open, the exchange rate alone would erode profit while trades are open long term, just my ideas, D
yes I m thinking exactly the exact same, I suppose that in the start of a cycle with few orders it functions fine but later with a lot of orders it fails. .
But because we won t have access to mq4 of all tictac , is another way to circumvent this?

Allow me to move on now to another part of my report.

Again, with dug deeper to my toolbox of EAs, I could have discovered an extremely effective way to decrease the prevalence of deadlock situations trading in HYBRID MODE.

I have to state here that this is the only mode which I want to see further development here as it is extremely secure way to exchange and that I believe can be turned into very profitable.

Digging through my arsenal of EAs, I had found another EA which operates on a very high risk logic/egy which thrives on high volatility and momentum but very vulnerable to ranging market (just like our EA here trading at Hybrid Mode). I had tried to apply two filters to the EA which I believe had largely and effectively filtered out most ranging situations. Among the filter is that the RSI and the next filter I will talk in the subsequent article. I ran the EA through 4 back test using exactly the same set of information (M15 on gbpjpy out of Aug 2017 to April 2018) and settings and the only variable is turning on and off the respective filters as follows:

    Test 1 - BOTH filters turned on/implemented
Test 2 - None turned - EA ran in its pure form without any filters
Test 3 - Only RSI turned on/implemented and the next filter turned off
Test 4 - Only the next filter turned on and the RSI turned off

    Here are the results.

    Test 1:

As can be observed, when the two filters applied together, they are OVERLY EFFECTIVE and the EA trades very seldom.

    Test two:

As can be observed, when no filters were employed that the EA blew up the account in no time.

    Test 3:

As can be seen that the RSI when applied alone isn't capable of all and also the account has been blown.

    Test 4:

Currently, this is the interesting part - by employing the next filter alone had produced an extremely desirable compromise whereby it had effectively prevented the account from blowing up and in precisely the same time had enabled certain ranging situations to maneuver through making a greater profit level.

I shall go over the next filter in my next article.

    Hi guys,

Except for the few days of silence as I was too busy with work. Ok, had a little time and spent back-testing Swingman's EA and other relevant stuff that I will report today.

Swingman's EA appears to be running properly according to the logic/egy - on back-testing - I haven't done much forward testing yet which is vital to identify any bugs.

After thoroughly back-tested the trimming loss feature I must state that it is NOT working. I have to admit defeat here it only eats too much to the profit and also makes it not feasible - no matter what settings I tried to tweak.

Therefore, I have to conclude on the Non-Hybrid manner as being quite high-risk and the only appropriate approach to employ it is to use it as part of your trading tools doing one cycle at one time after having tested the market prior to that. I personally would not like to move any farther with this regard as the EAs (both Tictac-nur Swingman) is effective at doing that.

As to the suggestions to implement STOCH other filters to make it transaction safer, I must state that it is a dead end and I would not like to waste time on that. Having dug farther into my arsenals of EAs, I found that I had gone farther to implement 3 MAs along with the STOCH. I called the EA Forex RM Trinity that I will place the EA here for you guys to test (sorry, so I won't post the source codes). The MA settings are as follows:

    0 - Simple
    1 - Exponential
    two - Smoothed
    3 - Linear Weighted

The rules are the Fast MA must be above both of the other MAs and that the pres-set STOCH degree (20 defined as default) must have been penetrated and EXITED until it executes a BUY cycle - and vice versa to the SELL cycle, namely, the Fast MA has to be below both of the other MAs and the pre-set STOCH degree (80 defined as default) must have been penetrated and EXITED.

Here are the EAs split into a Buyer and a Seller:

You guys can test it and post the results if they are of any values in any way.

What Is a good idea Is to Restrict how many orders are taken at a Single cycle, Sounds the drawdown is comming from many orders open, the swap rate would erode profit while Transactions are open long term, Only my Ideas, D

quote I concur also. Stoch is needed for example Version 1.6.

I cant help but reiterate that we need to bring the stoch filter like version 1.6 had. In the event the first orders loss wasn't a variable with this new version the drawdown would be so minimal. I can not get this EA to run as solid without the help of some type of filter to encourage it.

I cant help but reiterate that we need to add the stoch filter such as version 1.6 had. If the orders reduction was not a factor with this new version the drawdown would be so minimal.

I can't get this EA to operate as solid without assistance from some type of filter to encourage it.
